Background:

Solute carrier family 12 member 2 (SLC12A2) is a multi-pass membrane protein belonging to the SLC12A transporter family. SLC12A2 is an electrically silent transporter system. SLC12A2 mediates sodium and chloride reabsorption. Additionally, SLC12A2 plays a vital role in the regulation of ionic balance and cell volume.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human SLC12A2. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:
