R3490-2 - YUCCA (N2) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB
Predicted I Observed M.W.: 46 I 42 kDa Uniprot ID: Q9SZY8 Background: YUCCA is involved in auxin biosynthesis, but not in the tryptamine or the CYP79B2/B3 branches. YUCCA catalyzes in vitro the N-oxidation of tryptamine to form N-hydroxyl tryptamine. YUCCA is involved during embryogenesis and seedling development. YUCCA is required for the formation of floral organs and vascular tissues. YUCCA belongs to the set of redundant YUCCA genes probably responsible for auxin biosynthesis in shoots. Other Names: Probable indole-3-pyruvate monooxygenase YUCCA1, Flavin-containing monooxygenase YUCCA1, YUC1, YUC, YUCCA1, At4g32540, L23H3.20 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of arabidopsis thaliana YUCCA (AT4G32540). Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Arabidopsis thaliana Tested Applications: WB: 1:500-1:2,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot analysis of equal amounts of protein extracts from wild type (WT) or YUCCA-deficient mutant (Mut) arabidopsis leaves; using anti-YUCCA (N2) (R3490-2) at RT for 2 h. |
