R2953-1 - RYBP (M) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB
Predicted | Observed M.W.: 25 I 27 kDa Uniprot ID: Q8N488 Background: RING1 and YY1-binding protein RYBP inhibits ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of TP53, and thereby plays a role in regulating transcription of TP53 target genes. RYBP may be implicated in the regulation of the transcription as a repressor of the transcriptional activity of E4TF1. Additionally, RYBP may bind to DNA and also promotes apoptosis. Other Names: RING1 and YY1-binding protein, Apoptin-associating protein 1, APAP-1, Death effector domain-associated factor, DED-associated factor, YY1 and E4TF1-associated factor 1, DEDAF, YEAF1 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the middle region of human RYBP. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts from (A) mouse thymus, (B) human HeLa, (C) human Jurkat; using anti-RYBP (M) (R2953-1) at RT for 2 h. |
