R1803-1 - WIPF2 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 46 I 60 kDa Uniprot ID: Q8TF74 Background: WIPF2 plays an active role in the formation of cell surface protrusions downstream of activated PDGFB receptors. WIPF2 plays an important role in actin-microspike formation through cooperation with WASL. WIPF2 may cooperate with WASP and WASL to induce mobilization and reorganization of the actin filament system. WIPF2 is ubiquitously expressed, with high expression in brain, kidney, lung, and placenta. Other Names: WASP-interacting protein-related protein, WIP- and CR16-homologous protein, WIP-related protein, WICH, WIRE Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal of human WIPF2. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts fromhuman Jurkat; using anti-WIPF2 (N) (R1803-1) at RT for 2 h. |
