Background:

Bromodomain adjacent to zinc finger domain 1B (BAZ1b) is an atypical tyrosine-protein kinase that is involved in chromatin remodeling and acts as a transcription regulator.  BAZ1b is also implicated in DNA damage response and in Williams-Beuren syndrome.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human BAZ1b. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:
