Background:

Canalicular multispecific organic anion transporter 2 (ABCC3) belongs to the ABC transporter superfamily, the ABCC family, and the conjugate transporter (TC 3.A.1.208) subfamily. ABCC3 may act as an inducible transporter in the biliary and intestinal excretion of organic anions. ABCC3 acts as an alternative route for the export of bile acids and glucuronides from cholestatic hepatocytes.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human ABCC3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:
