R0868-1 - ABCC3 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted | Observed MW: 169 kDa Uniprot ID: O15438 Background: Canalicular multispecific organic anion transporter 2 (ABCC3) belongs to the ABC transporter superfamily, the ABCC family, and the conjugate transporter (TC 3.A.1.208) subfamily. ABCC3 may act as an inducible transporter in the biliary and intestinal excretion of organic anions. ABCC3 acts as an alternative route for the export of bile acids and glucuronides from cholestatic hepatocytes. Other Names: Canalicular multispecific organic anion transporter 2, ATP-binding cassette sub-family C member 3, Multi-specific organic anion transporter D, MOAT-D, Multidrug resistance-associated protein 3, CMOAT2, MLP2, MRP3 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human ABCC3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:500-1:2,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts fromA) human HeLa, B) human Jurkat; using anti-ABCC3 (N) (R0868-1) at RT for 2 h. |
