R2883-1 - RAB7L1 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB
Predicted I Observed M.W.: 23 kDa Uniprot ID: O14966 Background: Ras-related protein Rab-7L1 (RAB7L1) is a Rab GTPase key regulator in vesicle trafficking. RAB7L1 is essential for maintaining the integrity of the endosome-trans-Golgi network structure. Together with LRRK2, RAB7L1 plays a role in the retrograde trafficking pathway for recycling proteins, such as mannose 6 phosphate receptor (M6PR), between lysosomes and the Golgi apparatus in a retromer-dependent manner. RAB7L1 regulates neuronal process morphology in the intact central nervous system (CNS), and it may also play a role in the formation of typhoid toxin transport intermediates during Salmonella enterica serovar Typhi (S.Typhi) epithelial cell infection. Other Names: Ras-related protein Rab-7L1, Rab-7-like protein 1, Ras-related protein Rab-29, RAB29 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human RAB7L1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:500-1:2,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts fromA) mouse brain; B) mouse thymus; C) humanHeLa; D) human Jurkat; using anti-RAB7L1 (N)(R2883-1) at RT for 2 h.
