Background:

WD repeat-containing protein 59 (WDR59) belongs to the WD repeat WDR59 family. As a component of the GATOR2 complex, WDR59 inhibits GATOR1 complex, an inhibitor of the amino acid-sensing branch of the TORC1 pathway.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human WDR59. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
