Background:

BAG family molecular chaperone regulator 4 (BAG4) inhibits the chaperone activity of HSP70/HSC70 by promoting substrate release. It prevents constitutive TNFRSF1A signaling by binding to the death domain of TNFRSF1A in the absence of TNF and thereby preventing binding of adapter molecules such as TRADD or TRAF2.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human BAG4. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:
