R3306-3b - A1BG (C2) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB, IP Predicted I Observed M.W.: 57 I 57, 68 kDa Uniprot ID: Q19LI2 Background: Alpha-1B-glycoprotein (A1BG) is a secreted plasma glycoprotein of unknown function. A1BG shows sequence similarity to the variable regions of some immunoglobulin supergene family member proteins, and it interacts with CRISP3. Other Names: Alpha-1B-glycoprotein, Alpha-1-B glycoprotein Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing C-terminal region of mouse A1BG. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) IP: 1:100-1:200
*: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. A) Western blot of total cell extracts from human HeLa; using anti-A1BG (C2) (R3306-3b) at RT for 2 h. The 68 kD protein indicated by * may be glycosylated A1BG. B) Total extracts from human HeLa were immunoprecipitated with IgG or anti-A1BG (C2) (R3306-3b); followed by WB with the same Ab and Rabbit IgG light chain-specific 2nd antibody. This Ab preferentially immunoprecipitated glycosylated A1BG. |
