R1428-1 - SALL1 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB, IP Predicted | Observed MW: 140 I 160 kDa Uniprot ID: Q9NSC2 Background: Sal-like protein 1 (SALL1) is a zinc finger transcriptional repressor and may be part of the NuRD histone deacetylase complex (HDAC). SALL1 is a transcriptional repressor involved in organogenesis. Defects in the SALL1 gene are a cause of Townes-Brocks syndrome (TBS) as well as bronchio-oto-renal syndrome (BOR). Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for SALL1 [provided by RefSeq]. Other Names: Sal-like protein 1, Spalt-like transcription factor 1, Zinc finger protein 794, Zinc finger protein SALL1, Zinc finger protein Spalt-1, HSal1, Sal-1, SAL1, ZNF794, TBS Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human SALL1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) IP: 1:100-1:200 *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. (A) Western blot of total cell extracts from mouse thymus; using anti-SALL1 (N) (R1428-1) at RT for 2 h. (B) Total extracts from mouse thymus were immunoprecipitated (IP) with IgG or anti-SALL1 (N) (R1428-1); followed by WB with the same Ab. |
